Root Chakra

Location: Base of Spine
Colour: Red/Black
Related to the anus and the adrenal glands. Off balance, your spatial understanding is impaired. You may stumble around physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally
It is the grounding force that allows us to connect to the earth energies. Root body parts include the hips, legs, lower back and sexual organs.

Sacral Chakra

Sanskrit Name: Swadhisthana
Location: Lower Abdomen
Colour: Orange
Helps maintain a healthy yin-yang balance. Although it’s primarily considered the sexual energy centre, it is also the centre where individual creativity happens.
The functions related are emotions, vitality, fertility, reproduction, and sexual energy in general.
A well balanced sacral chakra removes any blockages that may hamper these functions.

Solar Plexus Chakra

Location: Naval
Colour: Yellow
Defines our self-esteem. Our personality that develops during puberty is in this chakra. Related to the digestive organs alongside it is where we find the human talent of commitment.
A off-balanced chakra may leave you feeling tired, powerless, and withdrawn.

Heart Chakra

Colour: Green/Pink
