STERLING SILVER - Authentic .925 Sterling Silver will never irreversibly change colour; however, over time, tarnishing may occur. To keep your piece looking bright & shiny, polish frequently with a silver cleaning solution and/or cloth, then store them in a sealed bag. 

PLATED - Our plated jewelry is coated on brass. As stated above, it may tarnish over time. To preserve the plating, it is recommended that you remove your jewelry when showering, washing your hands, handling household chemicals, lotions or perfumes, and during physical activities. Store in a sealed or airtight bag when not wearing.

18K GOLD FILLED - Our gold-filled pieces are coated on top of stainless steel and/or sterling silver. 

SEMI-PRECIOUS STONES - Although natural gemstones are strong, the gems can still be scratched or chipped if they are roughly handled or dropped.

It is recommended to keep jewelry in a soft case or a cloth bag when not worn. To clean behind transparent stones that collect dust, dead skin, or dirt over time, simply submerge in soapy water and scrub gently.
